• Professional profiles and resumes you have made available on job boards and professional networking sites.

• Background check results from a consumer reporting agency, only with your written authorization.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our servers record standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. Some pages use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the results of our LinkedIn advertising. LinkedIn may use cookies to collect this data. You can block cookies in your browser settings and manage your ad preferences in your LinkedIn account.

• Schedule interviews and communicate with you about your candidacy, assignment, or onboarding.
• Run background checks and verify employment eligibility, with your authorization.
• Pay our consultants and employees and meet tax, employment, and government contract requirements.
• Respond to client and partner inquiries and deliver our services.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• Comply with the law and protect our rights.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed for the purposes above:

• Clients. We share your profile with a client, such as a federal agency, prime contractor, or company, when you have approved being presented for that role.
• Service providers. We use vendors for applicant tracking, background screening, payroll, electronic signatures, email, phone and text messaging, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Government agencies. When required for a government contract, security clearance processing, or by law.
• Legal and safety. To respond to legal process, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and safety of any person.

4. Text messages (SMS)

Our recruiters call and text candidates about job opportunities. Each text is a personal, one-to-one message from a recruiter. We do not send bulk, marketing, or sales texts, and we text only people who have agreed to receive texts from us. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

5. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we limit access to people who need it to do their jobs. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including maintaining our recruiting relationship with you, and as long as required by employment, tax, and government contract recordkeeping laws.

7. Your choices

• Access, correction, and deletion. Email us to update your information, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are legally required to keep.
• Calls and email. Tell your recruiter or email us if you no longer want to hear from us.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text.
• State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. Contact us to use them. We will not treat you differently for doing so.

8. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Other websites

Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
